HOW IT WORKS
How do I connect Instagram?
In 5 steps:
- Switch your Instagram account to a Business account and connect it to a Facebook Page.
- In KANDINSKY, open SELL, then the CHANNELS tab, connect Instagram and approve the connection with Meta.
- Your pieces sync to an Instagram product catalogue in Meta Commerce Manager.
- Once Meta approves your shop, tag pieces in posts and reels. They also appear in your Instagram shop.
- Customers tap a piece and buy it on your KANDINSKY website.

FAQ
What else do dealers ask?
- Can I sell from a personal Instagram account?
- No. Instagram Shopping needs an Instagram Business account connected to a Facebook Page. You can switch to a Business account in the Instagram app.
- Do customers pay on Instagram?
- No. Each tagged piece links to the piece on your KANDINSKY website, where the customer pays.
- What happens when a piece sells?
- It's marked sold in KANDINSKY and your Instagram catalogue updates, so the piece isn't offered twice.
